Rhubarb and custard will always be one of the OGs of Teddy Eva Scents! It was one of the 8 scents we did in our first-ever sample boxes! And we still really like it. You might think it's the worst wax melt ever though, you never know.
Again, like many other scents, I really don't think this one needs explaining. If you hate the old school Rhubarb & Custard sweets, then don't go buying these and then moan because you don't like them.

Wax: Our wax is 100% soy wax mixed with mica powder to colour it and give it that shimmer!

We are CLP compliant and fully insured. The CLP can be found in the product images before you even purchase.
Fully recyclable PET plastic clamshell with Resin identification code for practical, household recycling. Just like recycling a bottle of pop!
Weights: Weights are approximates but more often than not the actual weight will be more than what we have listed. The quoted weigh on items is for the wax itself and doesn't include the clamshell weight. Feel free to pop the wax out on a weighing scale and check.

First of all let me start this by saying I'm really sorry that you may find yourself in a position where you want to return an item. It's not something any seller or buyer wishes to happen, but inevitably it will. This refund policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible so that it works best for both parties. So here's the more 'legal" sounding stuff that I probably have to have on here. But in all honesty, if you have any issues just email us or drop us a DM on Instagram and I'll sort you out.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, feel free to get in touch and also check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, simply email us or message us on social media to discuss the return and for a return address to be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Now, there's a slight chance you may have a few questions regarding what the Teddy Eva Club is, so I thought rather than add a butt-load of writing to the FAQs page, I thought I'd do it all here. Excited? Probably not, but feel free to keep reading.
The Teddy Eva Club!
Basically, the Teddy Eva Club is a rewards club. For every £1 you spend online you will receive one teddy point. Every ten teddy points gets you £1 to spend on a future order. In other words, you get 10% cashback.
You can either spend them as you go along as you're obviously going to be purchasing stuff all the time, or save them all up for one MASSIVE discount! It's entirely up to you.
How do I join the Teddy Eva Club?
I'm glad you asked! In order to join the Teddy Eva Club you'll have to sign up via the gift icon on the lower right-hand side of your screen. Simply follow the steps on there and you'll immediately be granted 10 teddy points (£1) towards your first or next order. How awesomely easy is that?
How do I earn points?
Obviously the main way you'll be able to earn Teddy points is by spending money online - I think I mentioned that already. Do you remember the bit where I said: "For every £1 you spend online you will receive one teddy point" - So if you were to place an order for £25 (which would also qualify you for free delivery #HintHint) you would receive 25 Teddy points which would be £2.50 off your next order.
Under that example, not only are you saving money on delivery charges - which is probably a £3.50 saving already - but you're also getting 10% back to spend next time! I mean at this stage we're almost giving you money.
Of course, there are a few other ways you can earn your Teddy points. For a start, we give you 50 points on your birthday. So that's a lovely little £5 gift from us for you to spend when you want to cry into a bucket for turning one year older.
