Once ordered, we typically get things dispatched within 2-3 working days - occasionally longer if it’s exceptionally busy. So if you order on Monday, your order will most likely leave us by Wednesday and HOPEFULLY arrive by Friday-Saturday.

Generally speaking, our products are safe to be used around dogs, cats, or other mammals like rabbits.

We use them around our pets ourselves. However, we don’t know your pet's specific needs or allergies.

If your pet has a specific allergy, it's best to either check with the CLP information on the website and consult with a Vet.

As a general rule, home fragrance items shouldn’t be used around birds due to their sensitivity, and if a product is consumed by your pet, then we recommend seeking veterinary advice immediately.

Other than that, if you happen to own a moose or some other unusual animal then you might just want to get in touch.

All I can say to this is that we genuinely try our best. We never attempt to make awful products and we try to make the best wax melts - and other items - that we possibly can. If we ever feel like a wax melt isn’t quite up to par then we’re happy to discontinue them.

We’re not ones to toot our own horn so you’ll never see us saying we’re the best ever, but out of all of the reviews we’ve ever had - around 1000 if you include every source - about 99.3% of them have been 5 star. So we must be alright like, right?
