In every Mystery Box, we guarantee that all ten scents will be unique – no duplicates in a single box. If you ever find duplicate scents within one box, we're happy to offer you a £5 refund as our commitment to variety.
If you order multiple mystery boxes at once or over time, there is a slight chance of receiving duplicate scents due to our rotating selection. However, we take great care in assembling your boxes. When ordering more than one box at a time, or if you're a returning customer, we make a conscious effort to ensure that the scents in each box are as varied as possible.
